Hands-on workshop with Jessica Lang, d.a.i. Tübingen. The Southern States of the United States are known for many things, but the best of these is food - barbecue, specifically! More than just a style of cooking, barbecue is part of the Southern culture and tradition. Together with Jessica Lang from Alabama, you will learn how to make succulent pulled pork, homemade barbecue sauce, and the perfect side dishes to accompany a true Southern classic.
