„The Vanishing Half“ is a thought-provoking novel about the country's racist past and present. The book deals with the story of African- American twin sisters who eventually end up living in two separate worlds. Both grow up in the Jim Crow South and try to escape their past, but only one of them succeeds by being able to pass as white.
