With American troops leaving Iraq and Afghanistan and the killing of Osama bin Laden in 2011, the repercussions of 9/11 seem to be growing fainter – time to take stock: Where are we now in the fight against terrorism? What is the price Americans, as well as citizens of other nations, have had to pay? And what can we expect the second decade of the 21st century to look like?

This teachers training program intends to shed light on these and related issues, providing theoretical input on a complex situation that keeps evolving, and offering various teaching tips including classroom material.
